Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms" or "EULA") are an agreement between you and Ciel Studio ("we," "us," or "our") about how you may use The Daily ("the app"). By installing or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

The Daily is a devotional app made for Pentecostal and Charismatic believers. Each day brings a Scripture, a reading, a declaration, a prayer guide, and a practical activation. Today's devotional is always free. Premium adds the full archive, unlimited reading plans, editable notes, audio, a streak grace day, and access to the original source studies.

Your account

You sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. We rely on Apple to authenticate you. You may delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Subscriptions and payment

The Daily Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, billed by Apple through your App Store account.

• Plans. The Daily Premium is offered as a monthly subscription (US$4.99 per month) and an annual subscription (US$34.99 per year). Local prices may vary by region.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free trials. If we offer a free trial, it converts automatically to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Acceptable use

Please use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't try to break the app, abuse it, copy or redistribute its content, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or harms others.

Content and intellectual property

All devotional content, text, images, and design in the app are owned by Ciel Studio or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own devices. You may share individual declarations and devotionals through the app's built-in sharing for personal, non-commercial use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The content is offered for spiritual encouragement and is not a substitute for the counsel of your local pastor, leadership, or qualified professionals.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Ciel Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. If your access is terminated, your auto-renewing subscription will not be billed for further periods.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
